SANEU offers two types of on-site assistance that distributors and end users can utilize to meet their needs. Distributors can request technicians for installation and commissioning once a year. End users can choose to schedule an on-site visit for a $200 service fee and round-trip airfare for the technicians.

When on-site support isn't possible, our expert remote services and helpline provide immediate and comprehensive assistance. Contact us via video call, phone, or email for diagnosis, issue resolution, software and parameter backup, machine setting reviews, troubleshooting, and operator training. Our remote service agreement is tailored to your needs, ensuring fast and efficient support.
