1.Connect the semi-automatic cup sealing machine to the power supply. First, turn on the power switch, the indicator light of the semi-automatic cup sealing machine is on. The lower mold slide plate automatically slides out of the semi-automatic cup sealing machine. We set the thermostat to a predetermined temperature, and the green heating indicator light is on. When the hot upper plate reaches the predetermined temperature, the red constant temperature indicator light will be. We should pay attention: when the sealing machine is working, the electric heating device is constantly alternated in the heating and heat preservation state. The green and red indicator lights of the semi-automatic cup sealing machine are also displayed alternately.

2.Put the plastic cup into the lower mold slide and press the automatic control switch. We need to manually push the plastic cup into the semi-automatic cup sealing machine. Moving a distance will touch the button. The upper mold of the semi-automatic cup sealing machine automatically presses down and fills after receiving the signal. Touching the switch will delay pressing down for one second. After completion, the automatic cup sealing machine will automatically rise and reset.
