The SK-2 Nespresso Coffee Filling and Sealing Machine is an aluminum machine designed to efficiently handle a capacity of 5000-6000pcs/H. Specifically crafted for filling and sealing coffee powder into empty Nespresso capsules, this machine employs top-quality electrical and pneumatic components. All the components in contact with the coffee powder are constructed from stainless steel, ensuring high standards of hygiene and durability.

This automated machine is controlled by a SIEMENS/ORMON PLC and SIEMENS/ORMON HMI, offering one-touch operation and real-time monitoring. The filling process is managed by a servo motor, ensuring high precision and high-speed positioning, with a filling error of less than 0.1 grams. The machine is equipped with protective features such as an acrylic dust cover, ensuring that no capsule remains unfilled and no lid unsealed, detected through air cylinder retraction. Pressure detection, voltage phase protection, and an air tank buffer are incorporated to maintain stable production.

The machine's hopper is easily detachable for convenient cleaning, and its mobile design includes wheels for ease of movement. To preserve the coffee's quality, the machine adopts nitrogen flushing three times during the process.

Work Process Overview:

Capsules Loading: The machine manages Nespresso-shaped capsule types, loading them one by one using a pneumatic system.

1st and 2nd Nitrogen Flushing: Nitrogen is flushed into both the empty Nespresso capsules and the hopper where the coffee is stored, creating a nitrogen environment.

Coffee Filling and Pressing: Precision filling is ensured (error +/- 0.1 gram) using a vertical screw filling method. All components in contact with the coffee are made of SUS-304.

3rd Nitrogen Flushing: Another round of nitrogen flushing is conducted before placing the foil lid.

Foil Lid Loading: Foil lids are precisely placed onto the filled capsules.

Sealing: The sealing process involves copper sealing heads and pneumatic sealing type, with adjustable temperature settings.

Finished Cups Drop: Completed capsules are automatically released, and customization for other types is possible.

Mold Cleaning: The machine conducts checks for empty mold plates and cleaning procedures.
