Well, maybe it is. But a fast machine can still be a bad investment. Demand may be patchy. Printed lids may tie up cash. Changeovers may eat half a shift. And the tidy output number in the brochure may have little to do with the capsules you can actually sell.
A useful business case joins four views: sales, operations, quality, and finance. It tests whether your demand can support a complete production system—not merely a filler. This guide shows how to build that case without hiding the awkward assumptions.

Use Four Financial Measures, Not One Magic ROI Number
